Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. -
Add Mascarpone & Flavoring
Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. -
Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee (don’t soak them to avoid sogginess). -
Layer the Dessert
Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish. Spread half of the cream mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture. -
Dust with Cocoa
Sift cocoa powder evenly over the top. -
Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld (optional, but recommended).
