Apple & Cinnamon Breakfast Frittata

Instructions

1. Prepare the apples

  • Peel, core, and cut apples into wedges.

  • Toss with juice of half a lemon and cinnamon powder. Let sit for 20 minutes.

  • Beat eggs with sugar until light and frothy.

  • Add the grated zest of the remaining lemon and milk.
