Basic Air Fryer Tortilla Chips (Base Recipe)

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Brush the tortilla wedges with the garlic-Parmesan mixture on both sides.

  3. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.


2. Chili Lime Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

  • 6 tortilla wedges (from the base recipe)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cayenne pepper (optional), lime zest, and salt.

  2. Brush the mixture on both sides of the tortilla wedges.

  3. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.


3. Cheddar Jalapeño Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

  • 6 tortilla wedges (from the base recipe)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (or use pickled jalapeños for milder flavor)

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt to taste
