Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the oven rack in the middle position for even cooking.

Step 2: Prepare Potatoes

Pierce each potato several times on all sides with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.

Step 3: Oil and Season

Rub each potato with olive oil, ensuring the skin is coated. Sprinkle generously with sea salt for flavor and crispiness.

Step 4: Bake
