I’ve prepared this recipe for several potlucks, and it keeps disappearing within minutes

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, oil, mashed bananas, beaten eggs, and canned pineapple chunks (with juice) until well combined.
3. Stir in chopped pecans, raisins, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
