No-Knead Perfect Bread Recipe

. Activate Yeast:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lukewarm water, sugar, and dry yeast.

Stir gently and let it sit for about 5–10 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.

2. Mix Dough:

Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture.

Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until all ingredients come together in a sticky dough.

No kneading needed! Just make sure everything is well incorporated.

3. First Rise:

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap.

Let the dough rise at room temperature for 8–12 hours or overnight until it doubles in size and looks bubbly.

4. Shape and Second Rise:

Lightly flour your hands and a work surface.

Gently shape the dough into a round loaf.

Place it on a floured piece of parchment paper or in a well-floured proofing basket.

Cover and let it rise for about 1–2 hours until puffed.
