First, preheat the oven. Then divide the mozzarella into small portions among the holes in a mini muffin tin. Place a few slices of mini pepperoni on top of each mozzarella mound. Sprinkle generously with Italian herbs. Now it’s time to bake the chips in the oven! Bake for about 8 minutes, until they’re nice and crispy and golden brown. Happy snacking!
