5 types of weight loss salad

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce: 2 plants

  • Tomato: 1 fruit

  • Onion: ½ bulb

  • Cucumber: 2 fruits

  • Chili, garlic

  • Chicken egg: 1 egg

  • Spices: salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar

How to prepare:

  1. Wash lettuce, drain, and cut into small pieces. Wash tomatoes, cut into rounds. Peel onion and cut into vertical slices. Remove seeds from chili, cut into strips. Mince garlic.

  2. Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved.

  3. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, lettuce, onions, cucumbers, chili, and garlic. Sprinkle mixed sauce evenly, let sit for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Boil egg, peel, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place salad on a plate, add eggs, sprinkle pepper, and mix well before serving.
