If you have 1 egg and yogurt, prepare this dessert in 5 minutes! Without oven or even yeast1. Mix the wet ingredients: – In a bowl, break the egg and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth. – Add the oil and yogurt while continuing to mix. 2. Add the dry ingredients: – Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients. – Mix everything until you have a smooth dough without lumps. 3. Cooking: – Pour the dough into a non-stick pan and cook over low heat. – Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the cake is cooked through and golden brown. 4. Serving: – Let cool slightly before serving. – You can garnish with powdered sugar or fresh fruit to taste. Note: – If the mixture is too thick, add a little more yogurt. – If you don’t have vanilla sugar, you can use vanilla extract
