Weight Watchers Cheesy Taco Soup

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef (preferably lean)
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning mix (look for a low-carb or homemade version)
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 can (14 ounces) beef broth
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Fresh cilantro and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
