Mango-cucumber smoothie

Day 1: Mango and Cucumber Smoothie
1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 chopped cucumber

1/2 chopped mango

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 banana

1/2 cup chopped dragon fruit (pitaya)
