🧀 Homemade Easy Cheesy Pizza Pockets

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)

  • 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup pepperoni slices, chopped (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

  • Optional toppings: grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, or fresh basil


🔪 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat to 425°F (218°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Roll Out the Dough:

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.

  • Cut into 6–8 equal squares or rectangles (depending on how big you want them).
