🧁 Quick & Easy Muffins

✅ Basic Ingredients (Makes 12 muffins)

  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 3/4 cup (180ml) milk

  • 1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Add-ins (choose one or mix and match):

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 cup diced apples or banana

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (great with apple or banana)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease.

2. Mix dry ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. Mix wet ingredients:

  • In another bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

4. Combine:

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined (a few lumps are okay — don’t overmix!).

  • Gently fold in your add-ins.

5. Fill & Bake:

  • Divide batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups (fill about 3/4 full).

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Cool & Enjoy:

  • Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely — or eat warm!
