Salmon Cobb Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cooked salmon fillet (grilled, baked, or pan-seared)

  • 2 boiled eggs, peeled and halved

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 cups mixed greens or romaine lettuce

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
