Hashbrown Chicken Casserole
A cozy, creamy dish made with shredded chicken, hashbrowns, and melted cheese. Great for dinner or potlucks.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 30 oz frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar (divided)
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs (optional topping)
