These cheeseburger puff pastry pockets didn’t even last 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry (about 275 g, rectangular)

250 g ground meat (beef or mixed)

1 small onion, finely chopped

100 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or gouda)

1 tbsp oil

Salt and pepper

1 tsp paprika powder (optional)

1 egg (for brushing)
