I’m embarrassed by how much I love this dish, but it’s too good not to share

Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 pound mixed mushrooms (such as shiitake, cremini, and button mushrooms), sliced
4 cups bok choy, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for a richer flavor)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional for thickening)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
