Yogurt Cake with Jam – Fluffy and Soft

Fluffy Yogurt Cake with Jam
This recipe is designed for a loaf pan (about 25 cm) or a springform pan (about 24 cm in diameter).

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs

  • 200 g sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 300 g plain yogurt (preferably 3.5% fat)

  • 100 ml neutral cooking oil

  • 300 g wheat flour (type 405)

  • 1 packet baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 jar of jam of your choice (about 200 g), e.g. raspberry or apricot

  • Powdered sugar for dusting
