Cabbage with Eggs

A quick, easy, and delicious dish—so tasty it can rival meat!

Ingredients

150g cabbage, finely chopped

Hot water

Cold water

15g green onion, sliced

6 eggs

1/6 tsp black pepper

1/3 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp cooking oil

Prepare the Cabbage

Finely chop the cabbage and place in a large bowl.

Pour hot water over the cabbage, stir, and let sit a few minutes.

Transfer cabbage to cold water, then squeeze out excess juice and chop finely again.

Prepare the Egg Mixture

Slice green onions.

Crack eggs into a bowl with cabbage.

Add black pepper, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cook the Eggs

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan.

Cook over low heat, rolling gently with a spoon as it cooks.

Repeat with remaining mixture, creating thin rolled layers.

Finish Cooking

Move the rolls to the edge of the pan for convenience.

Fry each side for about 30 seconds until cooked evenly.

Remove from pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Serve

Enjoy as a quick lunch or dinner.
