Yum yum! Can’t get enough of this soup right now!

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and chopped

  • 3 russet potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 cup milk or cream

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional garnish: grated cheese, chopped chives, sour cream
