Ingredients
For the sponge cake base (use a store-bought sponge cake base or make it yourself):

For the cream topping:

300 g whipping cream

300 g sour cream (or crème fraîche / Schmand)

2 packets instant pudding powder (e.g. “Paradise Cream” lemon flavor)

2 cans of mandarins (drained)
