🧾 Ingredients
For the Doughnut Dough:

170 ml milk (lukewarm, adjust slightly if needed)

15 g fresh baker’s yeast (or 8 g dried yeast)

2 egg yolks + 1 whole egg (approx. 96 g without shell)

For the Pastry Cream:

500 ml whole milk

5 egg yolks

100 g caster sugar

50 g wheat flour

½ to 1 vanilla pod (split and scraped) or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
