Dishwasher tablets are very effective at removing layers of grease that cling to the glass door of your oven. Finish cleaning tablets seem to be the most popular choice.
Simply take the tablet, dip it in a bowl of hot water, and scrub the oven glass. You can also use the tablet on the unglazed part of the oven door. After a few rubs, you’ll notice the grease and grime start to come off. You may need to use several tablets to complete the cleaning, as they begin to crumble and dissolve over time.
When you’re finished scrubbing, wipe away the residue with a clean paper towel or cloth, then follow with another clean, damp cloth. With minimal effort and minimal cleaning, your oven will be sparkling clean!
