Zucchini Tarts
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
2 potatoes
1 tbsp
Salt and pepper
2 LE Mehl
40 g grated cheese
Fresh parsley
200 g tomato sauce
Olive oil
Salt
Mushrooms
Tuna
Mozzarella Cheese

Direction:
1. Grate the potatoes and zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and let rest for 15 minutes.
2. Mix the egg, flour, parsley, grated cheese, salt, and pepper together.
3. Mix well and shape the tartlets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
5. Season the tomato sauce with oregano, salt, and olive oil. Divide among the tartlets.
6. Add the mozzarella and desired ingredients.
7. Bake for another 15 minutes.
