🍃 Ingredients (Yields 12–16 Bites)
For the Filling

Spinach (fresh sautéed or thawed frozen) – 2 cups, drained and squeezed
Mozzarella, shredded – 1 cup
Parmesan, grated – ¼ cup
Cream cheese (optional) – ¼ cup, for extra smoothness
Garlic, minced – 1 clove
Ground black pepper – ¼ tsp
Red pepper flakes (optional) – a pinch
For the Pastry

Puff pastry sheet – 1 (thawed, refrigerated)
Egg (for egg wash) – 1, beaten
Optional toppings – Sesame seeds, grated cheese, or everything bagel seasoning
🔪 How to Make Them

1. Preheat the Oven
Set to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cheeses, garlic, and seasoning. Blend until evenly mixed. Adjust seasoning if needed.

3. Prepare the Pastry
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Slice into 2–3 inch squares—you’ll get about 12–16 depending on size.

4. Fill & Seal
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square. Fold over into triangles or rectangles and press edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp for a clean finish.

5. Add the Toppings
Brush each piece with egg wash. Sprinkle with your preferred toppings.

6. Bake to Perfection
Arrange on the tray, leaving room between them. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until beautifully golden and puffed.

7. Enjoy Warm
Cool for a few minutes, then serve with your favorite dip—try garlic aioli, marinara, or herbed yogurt. Optional: garnish with fresh parsley or basil.
