A McDonald’s employee shared a behind-the-scenes video on TikTok, showing exactly how scrambled eggs are made at the chain. The video, posted by user yaniii, quickly gained traction and stirred a wave of mixed reactions online.
In the clip, she walks viewers through the preparation process used at her branch (presumably the same method used company-wide). It begins with a rectangular grill where a layer of butter is spread. Then, liquid eggs from a McDonald’s carton are poured onto the grill. As Yanii scrambles the eggs, viewers get an up-close look at the texture and cooking technique.
“I just learnt how to make scrambled eggs at McDonald’s, so don’t pick on me,” she jokes in the video, referring to her newness on the job.
