Ingredients:

Filling:
2 cups shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup bean sprouts (optional)
½ cup diced mushrooms
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce)
1 tsp sesame oil
½ lb ground pork, chicken, or shrimp (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)
Wrapping & Frying:
12 egg roll wrappers (spring roll wrappers)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for sealing)
