Ingredients
240g of 0% Greek yogurt

50 g of fresh strawberries

50 ml of egg white

15 g of corn starch

10 g of stevia sweetener (or 20 g of erythritol)

1 whole egg

120 ml of water

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (for greasing the molds)

Step by step

• Crack the egg into a large bowl. Add the egg white, Greek yogurt, sweetener (stevia or erythritol), and cornstarch.

• Mix vigorously with a whisk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

• Lightly grease two ceramic molds with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.

• Pour the mixture into the two molds, taking care to distribute it evenly.
