Preparation
(Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F and grease a springform pan with a little butter.)
Cream the butter with the vanilla sugar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy. Then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder, and mix everything together well. Gradually add the milk while mixing.
Wash, peel, and core the apples, then cut them into pieces as desired. Gently fold the apple pieces into the batter using a spatula.

Finally, pour the batter with the apple pieces into the springform pan and bake on the middle rack for 40 to 50 minutes.
