Apple Cinnamon Lasagna Roll

šŸ”„Ā Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven toĀ 375°F (190°C).

  • Spray anĀ 8″ x 8″ x 2″ (or similar) ceramic or glass baking dish withĀ nonstick spray.

šŸĀ Step 2: Prepare the Apple Filling

  • In a large bowl, combine theĀ diced apples,Ā sugar,Ā cinnamon,Ā nutmeg, andĀ cornstarch.

  • Toss until the apples are evenly coated.

šŸŒ€Ā Step 3: Flatten the Cinnamon Rolls

  • Cut each cinnamon roll intoĀ 1/2-inch thick strips.

  • On a floured surface, roll out each strip until it’s thin and wide enough to layer.

  • Sprinkle lightly with flour as needed to avoid sticking.

  1. Line theĀ bottom and sidesĀ of the dish with a layer of flattened cinnamon roll dough. Press edges together to seal.

  2. SpreadĀ half of the apple mixtureĀ evenly over the dough.

  3. Drizzle withĀ 2–3 tablespoonsĀ of caramel sauce.

  4. Add aĀ second layerĀ of cinnamon roll dough, pressing to seal.

  5. Repeat with the remaining apple mixture and caramel sauce.

  6. Top with a final layer of cinnamon roll dough.

  • Cover withĀ aluminum foilĀ and bake forĀ 30 minutes.

  • Uncover and bake an additionalĀ 10–15 minutes, or until the top isĀ golden brown.

  • Let itĀ cool for 30 minutesĀ to set.

  • Drizzle with theĀ icingĀ included in the cinnamon roll packets.
