Backporch Punch

 

Instructions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the cubed watermelon, coconut water, and lime juice. Blend on high for 2 minutes, until completely smooth.

  2. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and blend for another 30 seconds, or until the mixture is silky and uniform.

  3. For the best flavor, transfer the punch to a pitcher and chill for at least one hour. Alternatively, serve immediately over a glass full of ice.
