Fresh parsley, chopped
Additional thyme leaves
Cracked black pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Crostini

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Set aside.
2. Cook the Beef Tenderloin
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the beef tenderloin slices with salt and pepper. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side, or until browned but still medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and thyme leaves. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Assemble the Crostini
Place a slice of seared beef tenderloin on each toasted baguette slice.
