How to Cook:

Boil the meat with cooking wine and ginger for about 10 minutes then remove
Put the pan on the stove, no need to add oil, pour the meat in and stir-fry until both sides are golden brown, then add rock sugar and stir-fry for a nice color
Then, add scallion, dried chili, cinnamon bark, star anise, season with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of black bean sauce, add 1 bowl of filtered water and cook for 45 minutes until the meat is tender.
