– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– Zest of 1 lemon
– 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 1 1/2 cups uncooked orzo
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish
