CARROTS AND BEANS SALAD RECIPE

🥕 INGREDIENTS

For the Salad:

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled & julienned or grated

  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed & blanched

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

  • Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or dill) for garnish

For the Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
