A creamy, cheesy twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak—ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients
12 oz cheese tortellini

1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or flank steak

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1½ cups shredded provolone cheese

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
