Ingredients
2 slices of sandwich bread (white, sourdough, or whole grain)

1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp sour cream or cream cheese

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup red onion (finely chopped, optional)

2 slices tomato (optional)

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 slice mozzarella or Swiss cheese

Butter (for toasting the bread)

Fresh parsley or green onion (for garnish, optional)

Directions
Make the Chicken Filling
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red onion (if using). Mix until creamy and well combined.

Assemble the Sandwich
