Chicken Parmesan Casserole
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the sauce.
In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh basil if desired before serving
