Christmas & Cream Spread

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix Base: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.

  2. Combine & Chill: Add the cold heavy cream and mix until fully incorporated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Whip: Remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Beat the mixture until it forms stiff peaks.

  4. Fold: Gently fold in the cranberry sauce and orange zest until just swirled through.

  5. Set: Transfer the spread to a sealed container and refrigerate until firm and ready to serve.

  6. Serve: Enjoy on toast, bagels, English muffins, or as a dip for fresh fruit.
