Christmas Mousse with Avocado and Smoked Salmon
đ„ Ingredients
For 4â6 small servings:
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 150g (about 5 oz) smoked salmon, chopped (reserve a few slices for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small clove garlic, minced (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill or chives, for garnish
- Lemon zest, for garnish
- Crackers or toasted baguette slices, for serving (optional)
