Here’s a light and fluffy cloud cake recipe — perfect if you love melt-in-your-mouth textures! This version is similar to a Japanese-style souffle cake or chiffon cake, depending on your preferences.


☁️ Cloud Cake Recipe (Fluffy & Airy)

Ingredients:

For the cake base:

  • 4 large eggs (separated)

  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup (60g) cake flour or all-purpose flour (sifted)

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil or melted butter

  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar (or 1 tsp lemon juice)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
