Instructions:

  1. Blend the Cottage Cheese

    • In a blender or food processor, add the cottage cheese and blend until smooth (this removes any lumps for a creamy texture).

  2. Add Flavors

    • Add cocoa powder, honey/maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until fully combined.

    • If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk (1 tbsp at a time) until smooth and mousse-like.

  3. Chill & Set
