  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 500 g breadcrumbs (regular or panko)

 Prepare Chicken

  • Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.

  • Pat dry with paper towels and set aside.

In three shallow bowls:
