Crispy Fries

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices, then into thin sticks.

  2. Place them in a container.

  3. Add a little vinegar.

  4. Add water, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.

  5. Dry the potatoes with a cloth.

  6. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add cornstarch, and mix with your hands.

  7. Heat a pan and add the oil. When hot, fry the potatoes until golden brown.

  8. Remove, place on a plate, and serve.
