Crockpot Corn on the Cob

Instructions

 

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker
    Pour ⅔ cup water into the bottom of a 6-quart (or larger) slow cooker.

  2. Prep the Corn
    Shuck the corn, removing husks and silks. Break ears in half if needed.
    In a large bowl, toss corn with olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Kosher salt.

  3. Arrange and Cook
    Place corn in the slow cooker (stack if needed).
    Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until corn is bright yellow and tender.

  4. Season and Serve
    Add butter over the hot corn.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
    Toss gently to coat.
    Serve warm from the slow cooker or on a platter.
