Crockpot Corn on the Cob
Instructions

Prepare the Slow Cooker
Pour ⅔ cup water into the bottom of a 6-quart (or larger) slow cooker. -
Prep the Corn
Shuck the corn, removing husks and silks. Break ears in half if needed.
In a large bowl, toss corn with olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Kosher salt. -
Arrange and Cook
Place corn in the slow cooker (stack if needed).
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until corn is bright yellow and tender. -
Season and Serve
Add butter over the hot corn.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
Toss gently to coat.
Serve warm from the slow cooker or on a platter.
