Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a food processor, blend the oats, one banana, and a tablespoon of cocoa powder (add a pinch of cinnamon if desired) until the mixture sticks together.
Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased pie dish or springform pan, forming a smooth, even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, the other mashed banana, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract if using. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and smooth.
Pour this filling over the cooled crust, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
