Delicious Mexican Corn Dip Recipe

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn kernels, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, and chopped jalapeños.
  2. Add the chili powder, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning according to your preference. You can add more chili powder for extra spice or more lime juice for acidity.
  4. Once everything is well combined, transfer the dip to a serving bowl. If desired, sprinkle additional grated cheese and chopped cilantro on top for garnish.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Before serving, give the dip a quick stir. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, nachos, or grilled meats.
