Delicious Mexican Corn Dip Recipe
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn kernels, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, and chopped jalapeños.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Taste the dip and adjust seasoning according to your preference. You can add more chili powder for extra spice or more lime juice for acidity.
- Once everything is well combined, transfer the dip to a serving bowl. If desired, sprinkle additional grated cheese and chopped cilantro on top for garnish.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
