In a 4-hole frying pan, add oil until it fills halfway up each hole, with the pan off the heat.
Set aside a serving dish with toasted cassava flour.
Place the 4-hole frying pan with oil over low heat.
Add the eggs to the holes while the oil is still cold and fry slowly, without stirring.
Spoon a little oil over the yolks, making them firmer or runnier, as you prefer, as the frying process nears its end.
Remove the eggs from the pan and carefully arrange them on the reserved serving dish with toasted cassava flour, sprinkling salt to taste.
