Preparation
For the kiwi, apple and lemon smoothie: peel and cut the kiwi, apple and lemon into small pieces. Put everything in the blender together with cold water with ice and blend until smooth.
For the pineapple, ginger, lime and coconut milk smoothie: cut the pineapple slices into pieces, add the lime wedges and a generous grating of fresh ginger. Pour everything into the blender with the unsweetened coconut milk and let it go until the drink is creamy and well blended.
