Easy Cheddar Cheese Rolls
Servings: About 12 rolls
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 12–15 minutes
Total Time: 27–30 minutes
Ingredients
For the Rolls:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or more for extra cheesiness!)
2 tablespoons melted butter
Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder or dried herbs (e.g., parsley, oregano) for added flavor
For Serving:

Additional melted butter (optional, for brushing after baking)
Coarse sea salt or Everything Bagel seasoning (optional, for sprinkling)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Prepare the Biscuits
Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
On a clean surface, gently press each biscuit into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick. Be careful not to stretch them too much, as this can make the dough tough.
Step 3: Add the Cheese
Sprinkle about 1–2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese onto the center of each flattened biscuit. If using garlic powder or herbs, sprinkle a small amount over the cheese for enhanced flavor.
Step 4: Roll Them Up
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese, pinching the seams together to seal the cheese inside. Shape each roll into a ball by rolling it between your palms.
Place the rolled balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
